Explicit Consent Statement

I declare that I have read and understood the Privacy Notice prepared by En Depolama Hizmetleri Mad. Loj. İnş. Tur. İth. İhr. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“En Depolama”) under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), and that I give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes set out below.

Personal data processed

Full name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, tax number, sector and business details, and any other information I submit through the contact, company introduction and newsletter forms.

Purposes of processing

  • Preparing and sending offers for the storage, freight and logistics services I request,
  • Responding to my contact requests and managing the customer relationship,
  • Sending me industry news and updates by e-mail where I opt in,
  • Measuring and improving service quality.

Transfers

I understand that, limited to the purposes above, my personal data may be transferred to the IT, hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers En Depolama works with, and to authorised public bodies within the framework of legal obligations.

My rights

I understand that I may exercise my rights under Article 11 of the KVKK by e-mailing [email protected] or by written application to 9222/3 Sokak No:8 Yazıbaşı, 35875 Torbalı / İzmir, and that I may withdraw my consent at any time.
