At En Depolama Hizmetleri Mad. Loj. İnş. Tur. İth. İhr. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“En Depolama”) we take the security of your personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy explains, in our capacity as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), which personal data we process, for which purposes and on which legal grounds.

Data we collect

Identity and contact details you submit through the contact, company introduction and newsletter forms on our website (full name, e-mail, telephone), company details (name, tax number, sector, import/export details) and technical data about site usage (IP address, browser information, cookie data).

Purposes and legal grounds

  • Preparing offers and managing contract processes — directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c),
  • Responding to contact requests — the legitimate interest of the data controller (KVKK art. 5/2-f),
  • Sending the newsletter — your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1),
  • Fulfilling legal obligations — expressly provided for by law (KVKK art. 5/2-a).

Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to the IT, hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers we work with and, where legally required, to authorised public bodies. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing.

Retention

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Data security

Within its ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, En Depolama takes the technical and organisational measures necessary to prevent unlawful processing of and access to personal data.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if so, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction, to object to a result arising against you from analysis by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage.
